I specialize in the re-covering of Mercedes SLK R170 headliners.
Do you have an SLK R170 roadster in which the headliner cover is loose, defective or stained and would like to have it restored to a new look? Ideally, make sure your headliner is 100% oil-free to achieve an ideal result for the new look.
Caution: It is now known that the seal of the roof hydraulic cylinder can leak in older models. In this case, the oil gradually seeps inconspicuously onto the rear of the headliner; initially, it is usually not visible on the headliner cover.
New Headliner Cover Audi Avant Year of Manufacture 1994
This series of headliners requires particular attention in the larger recesses and small hollows when preparing the new cover.
Ideally, you should bring your headliner without creases in the roof shell so that an ideal result can be achieved for the new appearance.
New headliner cover Mercedes SL R129 model year 1992 (part number: A12979001457C53)
The headliner cover has become detached from this Mercedes SL R129 shell with part number A1299001457C53. The sticky foam adhered to the roof shell and the old cover material.
So it was an easy decision for this customer to have the roof shell prepared in my studio and upholstered with a new light grey cover.

Gradually, starting in the rear area of the interior lighting, over the head area of the driver and passenger side and up to the sun visor, the ageing cover came away from the moulded headlining of the VW Passat CC.
Now the timelessly beautiful Comfort Coupe from 2008 with the revised, newly covered headliner is once again fully fit to drive!
