Shipping costs are calculated individually according to the size of the product and the value of the goods. Parcel shipping from € 6.00
Delivery Times
If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 7-14 calendar days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, I will send the goods in a single shipment unless I have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
If you collect the goods yourself, I will inform you by e-mail when the goods are ready and when you can collect them. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
Return Policy
In accordance with Section 312g (2) of the German Civil Code (BGB), only products that are as good as new, unused, unchanged and without damage or signs of use will be taken back.
Custom-made and personalized items that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs, in particular personalized goods, are excluded from the right of return.
Please note the following special conditions that apply to personalized items that were made according to your specifications or otherwise individually manufactured for you using options such as inscriptions or designs (e.g. engravings, monograms, embroidery, embossing). Atelier M73 Fahrzeugveredelung is not obliged to accept a return or offer an exchange for such personalized products and special orders. Even if these ordered items are not to your liking (within the scope of deviations), they must be paid for in full by the buyer; there is no statutory right of exchange here.
The costs for the return shipment shall be borne by the consumer in accordance with §357 Para. 5 BGB.
